Self-paced courses

Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.

Bootcamps & live cohorts

Full refund up to 48 hours before the cohort start date. After the cohort begins, refunds are not available, but you may transfer your seat to the next cohort once.

1-on-1 coaching

Unused coaching sessions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
